The VIP Concierge

The people who write these guides will plan the trip. One conversation, and the villa, the chef, the charter and the table are handled.

What we arrange

Everything between the door and the deck

StaysVillas & suites

Cliff villas in Uluwatu, caldera suites in Imerovigli, Tramuntana fincas and staffed beachfront estates on Grace Bay. We hold relationships rather than inventory, which is why we can ask for the corner suite.

MovementAir, sea & road

Private aviation and helicopter transfers, crewed yacht charters by the week or the day, chauffeured cars, and the fast-track immigration that turns a four-hour arrival into forty minutes.

TablesDining

The reservations that drop at midnight thirty days out and vanish in minutes, plus private chefs, cellar dinners and vineyard visits that are not on any booking page.

ExperiencesOn the ground

After-hours museum access, heli-hikes, sunrise glacier breakfasts, medical wellness programmes and the guides who are genuinely worth the premium.

How it works

Four steps, no obligation

We only take on trips we can genuinely improve. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

Questions we are asked most

What does it cost?

For most trips, nothing directly. We are paid by the properties and operators we book, at rates you would pay anyway. Where a trip needs work beyond that — a multi-country itinerary, an event buy-out — we quote a planning fee up front before any work begins.

Is there a minimum spend?

No formal one, though the relationships that make us useful mostly apply above roughly US $1,000 a night. Below that you will often do just as well booking directly, and we will tell you so.

How far ahead should I write?

Six to twelve months for peak dates, and eighteen for New Year in the Alps, the Monaco Grand Prix or festive weeks in the Caribbean. Short-notice requests are still worth sending; availability appears more often than people expect.

Do you only book places you have written about?

No. The guides reflect what we have researched and published, not the limit of where we work. If you want somewhere we have not covered, say so in the form.
